High Performance Camp

Congratulations to Luke MacKinnon who has been invited to attend a Novice 10-14 National High Performance Training Camp in Burlington this weekend. Luke along with several other up and coming Novice 10-14 athletes from across the country will work with Stephan Duchesne the National High Performance Director. Way to go Luke. Good luck and have fun!

Dave's Dev 4 & BA CHANGES

Dave's Developmental 4 group and Provincial BA group have been changed for this weekend as Dave will be away for the Men's Gymnastics Qualifier.

Developmental 4 Sunday, March 2nd No Training Make Up will be March 11th.

Provincial BA Sunday, March 2nd No Training Make Up will be March 10th.

Sorry for these changes but it is the best we can do.

Please give the schedule a check as Dave will be leaving next Tuesday, March 4th for Poland to judge at a World Cup. There are some more changes that I will post.

Don's Provincial DC Group CHANGES

Don's Provincial DC Group has some changes as Don will be at a National High Performance Training Camp for most of the weekend.

Friday, February 29th No Training Make Up April 5th

Saturday, March 1st 3:00 to 5:00pm Make Up for March 2nd

Sunday, March 2nd No Training Make is March 1st

March is a very busy month.

Steph's Class CHANGE

Sunday, February 10th Steph's Developmental 2 and 3 groups will be in together with Don from 3:00 to 5:00pm.

Steph has had a death in the family and will not be in.

Sorry for the late notice and the inconvenience but we have to make due as there are not many people available or qualified to substitute for Steph.
