Crossfit
Every once in a while I find a video that I think might be motivational so I post it.
I just started working with some Crossfit competitors and this video caught my attention. Remember, just because you are the parent of an athlete there is no reason why you can't train like one too.

Canuk Cup Interclub Tumbling Invitational
Sorry to be slow getting these results and pictures up here on the blog. It's been a busy week and a half since the Canuk Cup Interclub Tumbling Invitational.
Demonstration Tumblers:
Barrett Manjak
(I have no picture, if someone has one please forward it to me, Don, and I will post it here)
Interclub Junior category:
This category was huge. Everyone did really well. If an athlete who competed is not written here that is because they didn't place in the top 8 score getters on that pass or overall. The category had 17 bodies in it so to make it to the top 8 was hard to do. Congratulations to everyone who competed.
Sarah Moran:
1st pass - 8th place
2nd pass - 6th place
Overall - 8th place
Cassandra Larner:
1st pass - 6th place
2nd pass - 5th place
Overall - 6th place
Phoenix Lee:
1st pass - 3rd place
2nd pass - 2nd place
Overall - 2nd place
Melissa Kiley:
1st pass - 1st place
2nd pass - 3rd place
Overall - 3rd place
Sofia Uppa:
7th? (If someone could let me know what Sofia's results were I will post them. Sorry.)
Interclub Senior category:
Sophie Hawthorn:
1st pass - 2nd place
2nd pass - 1st place
Overall - 1st place
Ashleigh Sampson
1st pass - 3rd place
2nd pass - 3rd place
Overall - 2nd place
Maddy Hawkins:
