Your training schedule for this week has changed to the following:

Tuesday 6:30 to 8:30pm (1 hour shorter)
Wednesday 4:30 to 7:30pm with the Provincial CBA group
Thursday presently 6:30 to 8:30pm but may change, you will be sent an e-mail
