Hope you are enjoying your two weeks off from the gym.
Don't want you to get too lethargic so I'm posting this Active Rest checklist for all the tumblers to complete this week as we get ready to go back to school and back to the gym.
Feel free to make it a family thing. It's pretty simple but should keep you going for the next little bit.
