Directions to Gym
From North West:
Hwy 427 South to Hwy 409 East, Hwy 409 East exit at Martin Grove Road, proceed north on Martin Grove Road, approx 1 km.
From West:
Hwy 401 East to Hwy 427 North, Hwy 427 North to Hwy 409 East, Hwy 409 East exit at Martin Grove, proceed North on Martin Grove, approx. 1 km.
From North East:
Hwy 400 South to Hwy 401 West, Hwy 401 West to Hwy 409 West, Hwy 409 West exit at Martin Grove, proceed North on Martin Grove, approx. 1 km
From South:
Hwy 427 North to Hwy 27 North, Hwy 27 North to Belfield Road, turn right onto Belfield, second set of lights is Martin Grove Road, turn left onto Martin Grove, approximately ½ kilometer
Note: The gym is located on the west side of Martin Grove Road.
Directions to Hotel
The Holiday Inn is located on the northwest corner of Martin Grove Road and Dixon Road.
