Summer is finally here. I hope you are all ready for a short rest and excited to start a new season.
The groups are strong, the coaches are ready and the weekends are free at last.
Of course we don't want you too get too lazy so I have posted a Cross Training Sheet for all tumblers to do while they are absent from the gym. It's simple and easy to get everything done in one week. I suggest that parents do it too.
Have a great break and we will see you the week of July 6th.
